Carole brings diverse experience
to clients as one of the top business partnership coaches in the
country. She has earned the reputation as “the detective” because her
expertise is to dig in and determine the hidden factors that so often
hold a company back. She provides success and communication coaching
for entrepreneurs, managers, executives, business partners and
copreneurs.
Her concept called “The YES
Connection” combines you, energy, and strategy. This is a step-by-step
technique which makes individuals unstoppable and partnerships
powerful. Managers and teams use the keys to operating at their best.
The YES Connection can flip the switch for successful sales,
leadership, motivation and teamwork. Carole aligns the "people"
component so that teams, managers and top executives are accomplishing
their best.
For the past eight years, Carole
has been coaching as a certified master practitioner and trainer of NLP
and DISC, and she is also a master results coach and Peak Potentials
Success Tracs coach, helping people to achieve heart-based, real life,
measurable success. Carole brings a deep compassion and understanding
to her work as well as unbounded belief that each person holds a genius
and strength which is their true gift.
Carole has coached corporate
sales leaders and entrepreneurs since 1997. Prior to working as an
independent coach, she was a top salesperson for MCI, representing the
company on the executive board of the International Multimedia
Telecommunications Consortium, where she was elected executive vice
president and awarded a fellowship for her service.
Musical theatre is one of
Carole’s passions. She is an accomplished dancer, singer and actress.
Dancing inspired her book, “To Dance Is to Live.”
